When you connect your Google account, Efsolit AI requests access to Gmail and Google Calendar so it can:

Read inbox — only for replies from leads you have uploaded to the platform.
Create Calendar events — to schedule follow-ups and meetings tied to your outreach.
Add attendees — to meetings when leads confirm availability.

Google OAuth (Login)

Profile — name and profile picture for account personalization
Email — email address for account creation and communication

Google OAuth (Calendar — optional)

Create meeting events with Google Meet links
Add attendees to meetings automatically
Read events to confirm successful creation

Gmail OAuth (if you connect Gmail)

Send emails — send outreach emails and follow-ups on your behalf
Read inbox — check for replies from leads you have uploaded (only replies, not personal emails)

SMTP/IMAP (if you connect custom email)

SMTP access — to send emails from your custom email account
IMAP access — to read inbox for lead replies only

Important: We only read emails that are replies to leads you uploaded. We never access personal emails. You can revoke access anytime from Google Account settings. SMTP passwords are stored encrypted and never shown in plain text.
